Throughout working in Hospitality and Mental Health, Darielle has become immensely passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of a community she was a part of for a large majority of her adult life.
Darielle is no stranger to ruffling some feathers in order to make change and plans to continue to do so within the Mental Health in Hospitality Space.
Here’s a few words from Darielle on her passion for this Campaign and all things Mental Health in Hospo:
“ As someone who has worked in this industry, I understand some of the stressors, “unideal” working environments and expectations on humans in this industry to smile through their challenges. If almost every other industry in Australia is putting the work into supporting the Mental Health of their people… It’s about bloody time Hospitality does too.”
